The first book I ever bought about nutrition was “The Thrive Diet” by Brandon Brazier. I had a friend turn me onto Vega Protein and there was an advertisement on the bottle about the creator’s new book. Within a few pages I was a vegan. A month into this vegan thing and I felt the best I had ever felt in my life. The amount of energy I had truly astounded me and no way in hell was I ever going back to the way I was eating before.
